There is a fabrica in Tonala. I don't have the address at hand, but it's just a couple of blocks from the plaza.

Thanks, Jennifer. I tried to find his place a few months ago and no one I asked seemed to know where he was. There is an outlet in Tlaquepaque, I suppose I could ask them. They don't have much in stock there these days, and I really like his product. I have seen photos of the tiles and they are beautiful. If anyone out there know the address I would really appreciate it.
The saying "the shoemaker's children go barefoot" holds true in my house. Here, in the land of the most beautiful tiles anywhere, I have, in my bathroom, plain white tiles punctuated by tiles with ugly bluebirds which happen to be the same size as your average cucaracha. Very alarming when I get up in the middle of the night because they are randomly placed and I always seem to spy one I hadn't noticed before out of the corner of my eye. They have to go. Ditto the plain white sinks, formica tops, etc.
: There is a fabrica in Tonala. I don't have the address at hand, but it's just a couple of blocks from the plaza.

Georgia, if you will e-mail us after April 5th, we can give you specific directions to Ken Edwards' factory in Tonala. It's not easy to drive to because of how the one-way streets are laid out, and because of the non-descript appearance of the building, it's easy to drive right by it and not recognize it. Dutch

Ken's website (www.ken-edwards.com) seems to be down; he said they were having problems with it. I haven't been able to reach him for several days. Do you have a fax number for him, please? I'm worried and want to be sure he's OK.
Thank you.
