Apologies for brief interruption in our normal service

We apologise for the brief interruption in our normal service earlier this morning when several users were unable to log on as usual. We are investigating behind the scenes to work out exactly what happened, but the most likely explanation is that yours truly (or the cat) hit the wrong button... sorry! We should be all back to normal now, Tony

Ha!

I went to log in earlier and was met with a curt "You have been banned".

Was beginning to wonder if I went on a bender last night and posted something really nasty....

Working fine now.

Normally, I take my coffee cup in to the office, power up the laptop and check out my mail, followed by a cruise over to Mexconnect.

WHAT????? Me, banned with large red letters. ME?

Let's just say it did a better job of waking me up than the coffee.

I agree....kitten on the keys. Or a very sly little troll that slipped into the control room.

It's probably time to 'fess up - we were just trying to see how many people were awake this morning, and how many would use our "help" system. Now we know. It's taken me until now to respond to all e-mailed queries, and I haven't seen the cat for a while, so he must know something's up - I'm about to go and look for him....

Those of us here from the United States of Central North America like to be able to point fingers and place blame. We need a scapegoat, and since it can't very well be a moderator or administrator....

That's as good as the "breathalizer" keyboard, where the "send" button is disabled at a certain concentration of alka-breath.

For those with anger management issues, there's the "delay" feature on the "send" button.

For those with both problems, a boa constrictor is activated.
