We have friends who are coming to Morelia and their three sons love to swim. We live in Centro. Does anyone know of any public swimming pools in Morelia? Thanks.

I believe the centro deportivo Carranza also has a 25 meter pool, on av Aqueducto. If the kids are young, 4-15 yrs old, you might want to make a trip out to the Balanerios in Zinepecuaro, or Huandecareo. I personally like the Vista Bella resort in Huandacareo....you can leave the kids (depending on ages) and visit nearby Cuitzeo, which has a nice renovated convent.
