While perusing the calendar of food fairs in Mex-Connect, I noticed a Regional veggie, fruit and salsa fair in El Rosario. The town is a regular stop for us on our artesanias buying trips. We stay at the Yauco, which has a marvelous restaurant, by the way. But we've never had any local salsas served to us. Hopefully someone out there can tell me where to buy these. I could, of course, just ask at the restaurant, but since they don't have them on the table...?
