Reactions to the newly designed Cuisine section/Theme?

In redesigning the site, we paid particular attention to the Cuisine Theme (see the link in the above Navigation bar).
We hope that by using special Tags for ingredients and type of dish, along with the ability to sort by regional cuisines will make this area of the site an exciting and useful experience.

We would love to you spend time playing within that Theme and tell us what you think.
There are 478 recipes in there (so far).
There are 143 articles devoted to Mexico's cuisines and more to come.

BTW - Thank-you for all your patience as we go through our growing pains with the release of the new site.

Looks good. There appears to be a problem on the meat section pages though as I can only access page 1 (1 - 25) of 45 recipes. Page 2 (25 - 45) doesn't open for me.

The second page problem applies to all the recipe section.

And some of the recipes are incomplete...one that I recall is the recipe for Champurrado (atole de chocolate).

Ingredients:

1/3 cup
mix
4 cups cold water
2 tablets Mexican chocolate (4 ounces)
1 stick cinnamon
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar or piloncillo, or to taste

I can't figure this out. 1/3 cup what? What mix?
