Remember Me, isn't remembering?

Prior to make-over, I was able to log on without having to type in my user name and password each time I used my bookmark to log onto Mexconnect. What happened to change this and what is the fix. I checked off the “remember me” box but no cigar.

I'll bet you have not changed your bookmark. The old URL was mexconnected.com. The new one is mexconnect.com -- no "ed". Make that change in your bookmark, and auto-signin should work OK.

Rolly, you were correct, and I did remove the "ed" from the end of mexconnect but still no cigar. I'm using Firefox as a browser and wonder if it in someway can be the culprit. Normally, what used to happen, I would key MC's bookmark and it would phase me right into the forum with sign-on already accomplished every time?

I've been having the exact same problem. It happened when I switched to Firefox, so I'm pretty sure it's either that or the cookie-blocking antivirus software I installed.

I'm using Firefox with no problems so I suspect if is your cookie blocking software.

I use IE7 and Firefox without a problem.

Olivia, sorry to hear your having the same problems I was experiencing but Rolly provided a fix. In the FF address bar put the following address, key in and set it up in your bookmark to access MC. I did this in MC with FF and everything now seems to work will. Buena Suerte and keep me posted.
