Trump condo/Rosarito

With the news that Trump Entertainment and Resorts is filing chapter 11, I was wondering if anyone from Rosarito has news as to the current building activity on the new resort there.

I'm not from there, but this article was linked on another form. Apparently Trump pulled out of the condo project before the bankruptcy announcement.
