Painting Question

Can't Post |
In Saskatchewan we use a product called Kilz to prep. walls that are marked with wax crayon, or other products that tend to bleed through, prior to painting. Is there a similar product available in LaPeņita (Guayabitos)area and what is it called. Thanks in advance.

use a flat if on a flat wall (not gloss). Also good for mildew if the source (problem) is cured.
