I saw this on the side of a Corona beer truck and scratched my head. In the context of being on a beer truck, does it simply mean "Everything in moderation"?

I mean. They can't be saying how carefully measured the beer ingredients are...

Exactly.

Es bueno tomar, pero siempre con medida.

It's okay to drink, but always in moderation.

In contrast, something that is done sin medida is done to excess.
