I live on Calle 5 Febrero in the West Village of Ajijic. There is an empty, unfenced, lot on either side of my property. The lot to the north is a complete garbage dump and I have given up cleaning it. The lot to the south was almost as bad and I have hired a hauling service to clean it up. Unfortunately, my neighbor - who also works as a gardener in the neighborhood - keeps dumping his collective yard clippings on a pile on this empty lot. I have tried to talk to him and he keeps telling me that his pile will eventually turn into mulch and therefore the dumping is justified.
Is there any department of the city where I could file a complaint, or can "Ajijic Limpio" do something about this?
