This looked so good, I sent my husband to the mercado to get the ingredients for this!! Those huajillo peppers are HUGE...really 10?? I am trying to guess at how much pork. I had John get 2 kilos so we have plenty for at least 3-4 meals but it looks like perhaps 1/2 kilo or so for this recipe . Thanks. Zoe
