Cristina, its always been more than just a notion that your wonderful display of cooking talents had to be recognized by more than just your MC neighbors because the overflow of tasty Mexican cuisine has flowed across the Atlantic where even they felt your earned recognition should be a dining place-mat standard for the world to enjoy.
I see opportunity, I see a Rachel Rey and so many cooking entrepreneurs scaling the heights of fame through taste buds and kitchens universally, why not you. I’m sure many here, would love to see you take this recognition as a stepping stone, an endorsement toward more media recognition, or even a grand opening of a small bistro or perhaps more, its certainly within the realm of possibility.
Again, this could just be me whistling in the wind with hopeful expectations, or perhaps being partial, as those who internationally recognized that your talents should be exploited when endorsements such as these knock on your door.
I’m sure that I and many of your neighbors here on MC would be more than willing to forward a letter of recommendation touting your long standing appreciation of your cooking talents provided here on MC. In your best interest, just leave a forwarding address as to where, this would be the most effective.
