Dog urine stains on saltillo tile - HELP!!

Can't Post |
Hello, I'm considering putting my house on the market and my biggest fix-up issue is with my all saltillo tile floor. There are 3 problems in order of severity:
1. Dog urine stains (from six weeks ago):
The dogs went on the tiles during the day when they freaked out during a severe thunderstorm. I did not even know it happened for a couple of weeks because it occurred in a room that is never used. (Large areas)
2. Water damage left over from a leaking central A/C unit that happened 2 years ago (most of hallway and bathrooms)
3. Ink stains (small areas)
Can anyome offer any suggestions?

I am not sure it will work, but it seems the miracle cure on TV.
Costco now carries Oxyclean. They say it cleans everything and make a big production of pet stains.
It can't hurt to try.
