If you have had experience with the domestic Courts in relation to nonfavoring attitude to Gringo's could you raise your hand? (I am having trouble finding a prior post.) I had read that the courts are throwing out cases that are he-said-she-said for say, 51 day dog-sitters. True? There is a dispute coming fast upon me in the GDL labor court, and I was dumbfounded the case is not in Chapala where the events occurred. Wonder that? Appreciate hearing from any of you or yours with recent experience, por favor y gracias. (The atty that charged me alot of dinero, merely booked my case, when all I wanted to know is, who-is-suing-me -- mostly language barrier, so I will want to change attorney,and I need to go to GDL less than two weeks.)
