The land is 10x40=400m2
Each of the 4 homes is about 110m2
The total for the 4 would be 440m2 plus the stairs.
There is also the 220m2 roof which is usable for clothes lines and beer drinking along with the water tanks, pressure pumps and swamp coolers (4 of each item).
