Re-joining Mexconnect

I have a friend who was a member back before the subscription fee. She is trying to join again without success. I haven't seen what the precise problem is, but from what she has told me, mexconnect "remembers" her email, and she doesn't remember what "handle" she used then. She can't seem to complete the process. Is there a simple answer? Is this something that has happened to others? What information do you need to solve her problem? Thanks, everyone. Dee

Easiest would be for the person to contact me via the mexico@mexconnect.com address, explaining and providing:
Email address
Desired password
Full name

We can work from that data to free her up to rejoin.

I hadn't been back here for almost a year -- been busy with other things.
I went on about two weeks ago and when my credit card bill came I saw $30
was taken for Mex Connect - so I guess I can post again. I think you should have asked though.

I got a note at renewal time telling me that my Paypal account would be debited - I gave Mexconnect the option of doing that when I last paid that way. Maybe your note got thrown out as spam?

Hi Mark, and welcome back.
When you subscribed the first time you elected to have an automatic renewal. Thus when your renewal date came up, the charge was sent to your CC.
You should have received a notice one month before the renewal date advising you of the up-coming renewal. Perhaps your Spam filter caught it before you read it?
