Mexican cookbook project: can you help?

Can't Post | Private Reply
I am a food writer based in England. I'm working on a book project to promote authentic Mexican cooking in Europe. I am looking for contact names and address for small independent food growers (tomatillo, jicama, vanilla, cocoa) as well as cheese makers (queso oaxaqueno). Can anyone help?

Another website you might find useful is http://www.ggs.com.mx/aca.html. These people have lots of contacts with organic growers in Mexico.

It's extremely difficult to get contacts out of the large coop. This link will be of great help. Big thank you. Valerie
