Sorry Elke: I forgot to respond. Well anyway there has been no change now for perhaps three months. Maybe a third of the channels on 110 W are available and are stronger than before, the other 2/3rds don't seem to be viewable more than a couple of hundred miles into Mexico. Here is something I posted on another forum the I neglected to post here. Sorry about that. I subscribe to a DISH 500 package which gives me about 111 video channels and 32 music channels At least that is what I got in Seattle and here in Ajijic before Echo Star 11 came on line. Today, lakeside when I connected to only the bird at 119 W. I got all of the 58 video and 32 of the audio channels I subscribe to. However of the 54 video channels I used to get on the old bird at 110 W, I only got 12 of them today. How do I know which bird I was looking at? Sadly because my DP 34 switch was out of order, I connected first to 119 W and got all of those I subscribe to. Then when I connected the receiver to 110 W. of the 42 I subscribe to, I could only get 12. So out of the 112 video channels I pay for, I only get 70 or 62.5 % lakeside. I get all 32 of my audio channels. With Star Choice one still gets all of the channels he subscribes to, to include the US networks in HD
