I think that the word you used is Spanish Spanish and apricots may be better understood here as Chabacano. I suspect that here at Lakeside it may not get cold enough for apricots. I note that all the ones that turn up here for sale come from Michoacan and the mountain areas I think, where it is much cooler in the winter than this area - but that might not be accurate. You might call Roberto Delgado, Chapala Tree Service - (376) 762-0602 - and see what advice he can give you. He is able to get all kinds of things that are hard to find at the local viveros.
