We have one house remaining to rent in El Chante, near the west end of Lake Chapala: two miles from town (Jocotepec) which now boasts a supermarket, Farmacia Guadalajara and a Banamex. This house has one bedroom, a den (which could be used as a second bedroom), lr, dr, full kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer and a screened in terrace, off street parking, community pool. $400/mo plus utilities long term, $500/mo plus utilities short term (winter season). Wireless Internet and Star Choice available.

Our casitas in Rancho San Jorge are all now rented long term. We do have one casita on our property that can be viewed at www.elchantecasita.com. I need to update the site, but that is $500/mo including utilities, wireless internet, and Star Choice TV, plus once weekly laundry and maid service. It sleeps two. It is available from now until the end of January and then again after March.

Hello Georgia, the next time ur place become available, pls let me know, i plan on being in ur area around the first of may. I am retire from the us navy, also drawing s/s. I would be interested in a long term lease, thanks, Larry & Lola cherry
