We need to be NoB next winter, late December or January to or thru March and have a house to let. Dates are really flexible. Our one-story, L-shaped home is at an excellent west Ajijic village location that is close enough walk everywhere but far enough to not be crowded. Fully furnished and outfitted. Vonage phone, Star choice TV, TelMex phone and wireless internet. The long end of the L has a large master bedroom with fireplace, a king bed, walk-in closet and extra large bath, then a very large living room with a fireplace, dining room and kitchen with a mud-room/laundry and full bath. The shorter end of the L has a large bedroom with a king bed, plenty of closet space and an ensuite bath with a tub and separate shower this space also has a den/living room.
Two couples could easily share this house with privacy for all. The front of the house has full covered terrace and a very large front yard with orange, avocado, jacaranda and tabachine trees. The back of the house has a solar-heated pool, built-in BBQ kitchen and great patio area with two tables and seating and another fireplace. House is warm in the winter, we have wood fires in the living room and haven't ever had to use the 2 heat fans or propane heater that are available if needed. Maid, yard and pool service.
