Cell phones exploding

Can't Post | Private Reply
There has been an Internet Rumour going around about cell phones exploding or electrocuting a user when they use the phone whilst it is plugged in (recharging).
Don't believe it.
Truth = Some Nokias have had their batteries burn up, but that is a rare event and is restricted to some faulty batteries that were distributed in the far East.
There have been NO actual reports of cell phones electrocuting users or exploding while plugged in.
