I've been trying to get rid of an online merchant. In this case, Sees Candies. I put them on the blacklist with on effect whatsoever, because they keep returning to my inbox.
When I tried to "blacklist" them again today, the message came that they were already on the blacklist.
I am mystified. How do I get rid of them, permanently?
