Blacklist problem

I've been trying to get rid of an online merchant. In this case, Sees Candies. I put them on the blacklist with on effect whatsoever, because they keep returning to my inbox.

When I tried to "blacklist" them again today, the message came that they were already on the blacklist.

I am mystified. How do I get rid of them, permanently?

Hi - came back a day early.

Sorry, but it's been deleted already. The message that came through when I attempted to blacklist Sees Candies was "this address is already on your blacklist". (best of my memory). That's why I contacted you. There is clearly some kind of glitch here.

That is just the body of the e-mail, Jack actually needs the e-mail headers
where it gives us the From, To, Reply-To, spam score, etc. etc.

You should be doing this in the blacklist:

*@seescandies.rsys1.com

instead of

sees@seescandies.rsys1.com

If you use the *, it filters out anything@seescandies.rsys1.com, rather
than one single e-mail address which spammers never use.
