If your full or part time worker has worked for you for one complete year or more, the amount of the aguinaldo is two weeks' pay.
If your full or part time worker has worked for you for less than one year, base the amount of aguinaldo on the time he/she has been in your employ. Six months=one week's aguinaldo. One month=one twelfth of two weeks' pay, and so forth.
By law, the aguinaldo must be paid on or before December 20.
