Mail Forwarding from the United States

I have tried to no avail to get information on having our mail forwrded to Cabo from November to March. I have emailed the Mailboxes Etc. in Cabo at Plaza Bonita, but hte eamils have all been returned. Can anyone tell me how we can go about having the mail forwarded?
