Hi, We finally got the house painted. The collage shows how much area there was to paint. It was quite an undertaking. The different sunlights confuse the looker as to what color it really is. The truest shade is the shot from the back of the house (with the fences in the photos). We were pleased with the job the contractor did--first a pressure washing, then a sealer, then two coats of latex. They did a pretty good job of keeping the paint confined to the areas to be painted. The house is stucco, so masking around those arches was a challenge. We have some touch-up to do, but considering the monumental task this was, it's not too daunting. The cost was very reasonable also.
