Satelite TV Solutions in Northern Mexico (Sonora)

I have read around in the posts on the topic of satelite TV service and have come to the conclusion that there are some fairly "region specific" solutions. What are some of you in Northern Mexico, especially in Sonora, doing about satelite TV service? We subscribed for a couple of weeks to one of the local (Hermosillo) cable TV services but have found it wholly unacceptable. So we have decided to start research for some sort of "dish based" service. We certainly see plenty of satelite dished installed on houses all around Hermosillo. So there must be some services available. We want the big channels from the USA, like the History Channel, TNT, CNN, etc. etc. but in English. We get most of what we want now with one of the local cable companies but everything that is in English is dubbed into Spanish and we are told it is fed here that way from Mexico City, nothing can be done about it. A few movies come through in English with Spanish subtitles, but not the History Channel, Discovery Channel, etc. We don't mind Mexican things in Spanish, but we want American things in English. Any words of wisdom out there? Thanks.
