pls give me info on how I can lease a car here.. I have been here a year and I am tired of taken taxi's and the bus. i can afford about 400-500 USD a month to lease a car.. but I do not want to buy one since I will not bring it back to the US so I think I want to lease it instead.<p>any help pls!!<p>would renting a car be ok
