Churches in Guanajuato ...

Was hoping that someone might fill me in on the availability of "active" churches (church groups) in Guanajuato. I know that the Catholic Church is the predominant church. But, what about other churches? Welcome to Gringo newcomers working on their Spanish language abilities? Thanks. Bob & Janet

Guanajuato is sure to have churches other than the predominant Catholic flavor. There isn't a city in the entire country which doesn't have its measure of Jehovah's Witnesses, LDS, one mainline Protestant and evangelist Christian groups.
