Medical Spanish interpreter course/workshop where?

A friend has asked me about short courses or workshops for interpreters focusing on medical Spanish. She is at the intermediate Spanish level, but wants to sharpen her skills in this particular area and would like to visit Mexico to do it. Practical encounters with actual doctors/patients would be a plus. She is thinking around 1-2 weeks in duration, and a program that might be specifically geared to native speakers of English. She indicated a location within a day's bus ride from Mexico City or Guadalajara is preferable. Any suggestions, tips, ideas? Many thanks in advance! -- K.H.
