Your post is a little confusing. If you are interested in a tankless heater, why would you mention 7 liters? In answer to the question posed; 7 liters will probably be sufficient at a kitchen sink. In the past, I have installed many 2 gallon under sink water heaters, usually in places like medical offices. Two US gallons is close to 7 liters. They provided adequate hot water. The problem with using that type of heater here may be that they use 120V AC power to heat the water. Your electric bill in México may take a beating if you use one of them. The main thing to be concerned about when buying a water heater is not the size of the tank, but the recovery rate. The recovery rate is the speed at which the heater will heat water, usually how fast it will heat water 60° F. at a starting temperature of 60° F. to reach 120° F. This is usually stated in gallons per hour. If your water heater has a fast recovery rate, you will probably never run out of hot water.
