Found that all along MX127 the other day. Took us 4 hours to go 64 miles so it was rough. That which I can find is...

And I noticed that when we got the signs there was either a huge depression in the road (that had recently been paved, but poorly or it depressed again) or a huge chunk of the road (on the side) was missing. Also, we'd get the sign when 1/2 the lane was depressed. I know that "asentar" means to settle, so I'm wondering if it basically means that the road is poorly (dangerously, according to the signs) planed. I just don't understand why the signs were also placed in areas where road chunks were absolutely missing (I assume in advance of the repair; like they knew the repair would be horrid and very not level?).First time we've run into these signs.
