Piss is a very crude slang word in Mexican Spanish for cheese. That probably explains its use on the sign, although it is unusual.

Enhanced, yes, but not in terms of the sign, which I did not alter.
That's the way it was. Three weeks later, it was gone.
I was thinking it meant "Hey! Pssst! Tortillas!"
I prefer not to explore this matter any further. :-)
