Hi there! I recently found this thread..and it is now April 2008. I am curious to know if the internet cafe is up and running... I am interested because I am now JUST LIKE TlxcalaClaudia was in October 2005 when the thread started. She spoke with so much hope and had many plans..
I want to do the same thing.. Start an internet cafe...with VOIP phone service and computer classes. Of course all the standard other things (fax, copy, etc.) We are not planning on moving to Mexico permanently until our youngest graduates high school (c'mon last three years!!). We are thinking of Colima or close to the Michoacan/Jalisco border-Sahuayo. We are leaning towards Colima since I have friends that live there that would be able to direct me at first.
She had so many questions and everyone was very helpful... I also benefited from reading all the responses. I hope she is doing well (Claudine, are you out there?)...and that whatever business she is running now or just staying at home, she is happy and successful.

I seem to remember that hubby dragged her back NoB to stay until the kids finish school. Anyone else remember? She last signed on here in Jan of this year, but did not post.

And her e-mail address doesn't work.

Thanks for the link to her blog. I started to read it (and I will read the whole thing!) and it seems to me that she is still in Mexico just from the first and most recent blog that I read. Well, I hope she is happy and doing what she truly loves...
