Want other options for relocating in jalisco. Want to be near the (In-laws) Chapala, Ajijic area, but preffer not to live with them. Email me for more info.

I looked at a great place in Jocotepec. 4 BR, 2 B,
large front porch/terrace, large covered terrace w/1/2 B and wet bar, large storage room/workshop, walking distance of the plaza, about 2 acres walled in the back to keep animals, will be re-painted before you move in. $450 mo plus bills.
Something like that might be an option if you speak a little Spanish or are willing to try.

You are looking at a very old post (1919... - from when the forums became subscription in 2003) from a poster who, sadly, is no longer a Mexconnecter (hence username is black, not brown). That said, you never know, the home may still be for sale!
