WHY ALLOW OBVIOUS SPAM?

It gets blasted to a number of categories and then one gets moved to the business section? Is there a big demand from forum members for new identities?

The move of a single example of such posts to the business section is at my request because it then allows me to disable that particular account (and associated email) permanently. For a variety of reasons, this works better than deleting the account completely. However, I can't disable accounts easily unless there is still an example message left on the site for a short time.
