I "thought" that the tarifa changed when you went to DAC, obviously I was wrong. I've never been on a DAC rate myself, so I was only going on what others told me. In checking the CFE and PROFECO websites, I see that the tarifa stays the same, but you have two levels of charge, a cargo fijo - flat charge (per month) of $79.03 and all of your usage at $3.762 per KWH. Sorry I made that error, but now I know. Please correct me if that is not correct. The PROFECO site is a bit confusing, as it "seems" to slightly contradict the CFE site.

I looked back a ways and it used to say DAC, but sometime in '11 I think they apparently dropped it. I just look at the bottom line and my eyes glaze over. In looking back my first bill at the end of '07 was $2.96p/KWH this one is $4.22p/KWH.
