Least Touristy City in Mexico

| Private Reply
I will be spending 9 days in Mexico. I want to go to the least touristy city in Mexico.

I would prefer a colonial city with nice architecture. I don't care about beaches.

I don't want to go below Mexico City. I also don't want to go to the east coast where the Zeta cartel is.

Based on the above criteria here is a list of cities I'm considering:

Queretaro

Morelia

Zacatecas

Aguascalientes

Alamos

Chihuahua

Patzcuaro

San Luis Potosi

Tlaquepaque

Which of these is the least touristy? I have already eliminated Guanajuato and San Miguel De Allende. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
