Dialing telephone numbers

I'm trying to contact a real estate agent here in Guadalajara and haven't had any success dialing the numbers indicated for her: 0133@3823-4657|0133@3823-7067|04433@3176-8323|04433@3398-4986
I assume they are cell phone numbers, but since I've never had a cell phone I'm not sure. Do I need to dial a special prefix from my home phone?
Another number listed is 4444-4244 but when I dialed it I was informed "el numero no existe."
