The Garmin StreetPilot C series are some that don't have enough memory, so you will need to load maps by region
(Canada, USA or Mexico) or use BaseCamp software.

1. Download and install Garmin MapUpdater software
2. Select: Install Options
3. Choose the region you want to install

A. Full coverage of north America
B. US & Canada
C. Lower 49 states=Aprox 1.3GB USA only
D. East *
E. West *
F. Lower 49 states NE *
G. Lower 49 states NW *
H. Lower 49 States SE *
I. Lower 49 States SW*
J. Southern US & Mexico *
K. Canada + Border states *

* These files are approx 900MB, most GPS units can hold these maps.

Example
The Garmin StreePilot C330 has only 1GB of usable internal memory, 2GB SD card slot.
This GPS unit can not hold all of North America because there is too much data now.
