rental house or condo needed in MAZATLAN

we are looking for a small (2 bed, 1 bath) house OR CONDO with balcony....to rent in Mazatlan, for the months of December/January (2012/13). Senior adults, no smokers, reasonably priced:$500- 600 per month please.
