SEEKING Housesit or Property Caretaker position

Greetings! I am available for a caretaker position. One month minimum or longer term. I am middle-aged, educated, travelled, non-smoker. I speak Spanish. Grew up partly in Mex.

I've worked with vacant properties to mansions, campgrounds to ranches. Experienced handyman inside/out, grounds/garden maintenance.

Love nature, animals. I have my own, sweet outdoor cat. I'd prefer a stipend depending on chores. For the record, I need nothing fancy. I'm open to repairing, fixing up a casita or studio, something to call "my own."
