The local police are calling it a botched robbery attempt, because the bad guys left without taking anything. There was no "storming in". They knocked quietly on the RV door (wife's description was "light tapping"), she called husband to open the door, bad guys didn't break in or come into the unit. There was one hand-gun described in her official report, and that gun went off when husband scuffled with them, knocking them each to the ground, outside the unit.
