My previous post I had started as a reply to HD but your post about the bystanders at the police station encouraged me to change that to reply to you instead. I agree, I donīt do things to prompt the odds against me, just do what I can to be safe as possible and go about living and enjoying life as best I can. Itīs pretty easy to enjoy life here.
The whole complexion of things changed after the elections and intensifying the war on drugs. Iīm sure the people feel much safer now knowing everyone is doing all they can to... well, Iīm a little confused about just what the intentions are, but they are doing so much more of it nowadays.
The news media tells me itīs a war zone and heads are literally rolling. I just donīt see it. Today Iīm staying home and playing house with my Mexicana pareja. Itīs cold and rainy today. She put on a nice pot of barbacoa de res yesterday and we finished it for breakfast this morning. Life here is good.
