Hey Whistler thanks for the information. 80% Do you happen to know whether this is an average of 80%? Could you please tell me where I could find this regulation? (So I could study the technical aspects of it?)This is very interesting.
The folks at the local computer club would be very interested to know more. Oh and with my 2 meg Infinitum connection, I would be very happy if I had 80% of 2 meg over 256. I will switch over to my infinitum access point and do a speed test or four and post the results in a few minutes.
I just switched ISPs and am now connected to my 2 meg connection, which had been giving many of us very poor results during the previous week. Things are working great again here are four speed tests I just did using www.speedtest.mx between Ajijic and Mex City.

Of course the pings are in ms and the speed in kb/sec where the b is bit not bite
