Born in France, raised in Canada, Cathy has travelled the world over exploring ethnic art forms. She settled in Mexico in 1985. Cathy's current art reflects the various various sources of inspiration she found in the aboriginal art of Australia, the painted houses of South Africa, the south west USA art, and in Huichol beading work.

Cathy’s designs embrace a multicultural spirit, creating a unique mix of patterns and colors. She offers her eclectic art in a range of hand-painted home decor and gifts, including boxes, mirrors, furnitures, coconut purses.

As a muralist, she has decorated many Mexican houses in Manzanillo, Puerto Vallarta and Ajijic according her personal style working within the architectural choices available. She also designed coordinated accessories for these homes.
